Provisional reservation has been made for rooms at Hotel Loftleiðir, the conference venue, at a reduced rate. To make use of the reduced rate, reservations have to reach the hotel on 25. March at the latest. The agreed prices per night are ISK 10400 for a single room and ISK 13100 for a double room.

As can be seen from the map, Hotel Loftleidir is not in the City Center. It has, however, both shuttle service and City bus connection to Downtown.

For those wo would like to stay in the center, a limited number of rooms has been reserved at two hotels, Hotel Plaza, agreed price per night 10580 single, 13225 double) and Hotel Klöpp, agreed price per night 10868 single, 14571 double).

Ground transport.

From the International airport, there are buses leaving for Reykjavík ( around 45 minutes ride) in connection with every arrival. From the Town Terminal passengers are taken in shuttle buses to their respective hotels.
